Production of  our boats are distinguished from boats from “usual rubber” that that today in their production are used only pentasyllabic material on the base of polyester and kapron fabric, imbrued special adhesive composition. Adhesive layers ensure a strong connection of polymeric covering with reinforcing fabrics. Covering is made on the base butyl rubber, chlor- butyl rubber, ethylene- propylene rubber and chloroprene rubber. Modern polymers ensure high impermeability, toughness, stability to the wear-out and diligence. We use an unique technology of assembly and vulcanizes. Boats are going to on the pipeline from damp material, and only after this vulcanize, forming a “all-welded” product. The distinguisher all-welded vulcanized boat is specific welted joint on board.

Example Aral inflatable rubber boats

Inflatable boats “Aral” are for water tourism, trips, rest on water, hunting and fishing. Can be used as additional board water vehicle on yachts. The series has 8 models with motor power 3, 5, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25 h.p., with passenger carrying capacity from 2 to 9 people and cargo carrying capacity from 250 to 750 kg. Boat boards consist of 3 isolated compartments. The fender protects the boat boards when mooring. “Aral 3” and “Aral 5” are supplied with slatted floor packed in one bag. Starting from “Aral 6” the boats are supplied with marine rail plywood floor and inflatable keel, which improves hydrodynamic properties of the boats. Also starting from “Aral 6” all boats are packed in two bags (inflatable boards separatly from hard parts), this allows to protect the goods from damages when they are stored. “Orions” provide good speed with motor of average power and less consumption of fuel in comparison with hard motorboats. “Aral 15” has more sharp-edged nose, than in other models, this reduce aerodynamic resistance. This boat is supplied by nose locker. On this model the level of floor attachment is raised, this makes the boat assemble easier. All models starting from “Aral 15” have keel transom and inflatable keel up to transom. This improves trial properties of boats, stability, floating at waves. Boats can be used for water skiing. “Aral 25” has two complete sets: one-layer (“Aral 25N”) and double (“Aral 25S”) rubberized fabric. “Aral 25S” is a life-guard boat, supplied with ladder, reflecting strips. Complete set: wooden and inflatable seats, flexible oarlocks, duraluminium dismountable oars, handrail, protective canopy on “Aral 20” and “Aral 25”, which protects the cockpit from splashes.
