In only about 70 seconds it performs accurate analysis of the main 6 components found in milk: Fat, Density, Solids-non-Fat (SNF), Proteins, Lactose, Solids. The unit also measures Percentage of Added Water (if any), sample temperature; sample freezing point and even pH value (as an option). The unit doesn't require any expensive detergents or maintenance supplies
We offer also a smaller model for customers on a more limited budget.

This Scope Electric's newly is developed milk analyzing instrument. It is a high quality device coming with the power to meet any requirements when it comes to complete milk analyses. The instrument features an improved ultrasonic measuring module. Compared to other similar instruments our device stands out with its ability to maintain steady results from analyses of multiple milk samples with different temperature and density.

Another new feature of the instrument is the multi-positional pipette mechanism which allows users to analyze milk regardless of the size and shape of the milk container.

Minor model

It was basically designed to complete most of the tasks that Expert was designed for but it is definitely fit for the description "smaller brother". This model does not measure the pH values and freezing point of samples. It is also a little slower and does not offer the comfort of having Matrix LCD display. However, this instrument is perfect for users who are looking for more affordable alternative.
But please remember that although it is offered at much lower prise than our major model it still remains a fully professional milk analyzer.
