SHOCK RESISTANT

Due to its elasticity , it is resistant to any external shocks.Due to its natural structure , it is a shock absorber.

UNAFFECTED FROM HOT WATER

It is a material resistant to hot water in high temperatures.It maintains all its physical qualities up to 90ºC.

INFLAMMABLE

Due to the feature of Polipropilen and additive substances,it has no flammable property by itself.It burns slowly under open flame; its burning speed is slow.Within one minute, only 2.5 cm of the pipe gets burned.

RESISTANT TO ULTRAVIOLET RADIATION

By reinforcing the material with ultraviolet stabilizers in the plastic material against the effects of the ultraviolet radiation prevention is taken for the color difference and shrinking resistance that may occur in time.

CHEMICAL RESISTANCE

Provided that there is no exterior mechanical application, and no internal pressure , under 20ºC:

Weak acids have no effect.
Strong acids have slow effects.
It has high resistance against strong alkaline.
It has high resistance against organic dissolution under 90ºC.

SOUND INSULATION

It has sound insulation quality.It is highly efficient against various resonance and sounds created by direct hits.Therefore , it can be safely used for flush waste water applications

ENVIRONMENTAL CONFORMITY

Due to the polipropilen substance out of which it is produced ,it does not contain chlor; it does not include any cansirogen substance as well.

EASE OF CARRYING

Due to its specific gravity it is light.With its advantage due to lightness, it can be carried easily,and therefore installed easily.

LONG DURABILITY

In order to delay failures due to oxidation , it has turned into long-durable by adding anti-oxidant substance.

Covered fixed sealing p.p. waste water pipe and fittings

Muffing and locking systems

It includes the three main pieces as the cover ,sealing and muff.

COVER: The cover , which was first designed in Turkey by SPK Söğüt Plastik Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.,is mounted on the muff by locking thanks to its special structure .The cover eliminates possible failures of the sealing by applying pressure on it ,as well as it serves as a bearing to the pipe and fitting pieces mounted inside the muff.

SEALING: Leaf type sealings are used which are acid and corrosion resistant.

MUFF: First designed in Turkey by SPK Söğüt Plastik Kalıp Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş ,the muff has the necessary settlement surface for permeability by its structure.

Impermeability

Impermeability is achieved by using leaf type sealing which is tested millions of times.With the special muffing and locking system designed in Turkey for the first time,special muffing and locking system.the efficient in impermeability is dragged to higher levels,as well as by preventing the sealing to fold ,turn ,or displace during mounting,a great ease is provided for people in installation and mounting.
