Mini blow molding machines

The Plasticon Award conferred by Plastindia Foundation for development of an Innovative, Pneumatically operated Mini Blow Molding Machine suitable for commercial productions and Operation in Rural Areas, promoting self-employment.

The machine is fully automatic, pneumatic (No motor in the machine) operates on both single and three phase power offering considerable power savings, lower maintenance cost, enables faster mould changes thus ensuring reliability in production and low operating cost.

Being compact in size, low cost, easy to operate and fitted with universal platens offers flexibility to manufacture wide product range (0.5 ml-220 mls) on the same machine thus providing opportunity to cater to requirements of different sectors/industries, making it most appropriate for Entrepreneurs, to start their own unit with benefit of low initial investment and low working capital.

Mini Blow Machines have applications in Testing Labs, manufacture Critical blown articles, for Educational Demonstrations in plastic polymer Colleges & Institutes, Master batch sampling / testing and for commercial production of blown articles.

Vertical Injection Moulding machine suitable for hand moulds, plunger type, lever operated, works on single phase, providing consistent quality part and lower mould cost, available in 40 and 60 grams capacities.

The machine is suitable for commercial production house, for Educational Demonstrations in plastic polymer Colleges and Institutes, for moulding of ASTM specimen for plastic Testing laboratory and is an ideal replacement for conventional Hand moulding machine which involves vigorous Man labor, inconsistent part quality, rejections and high production cost.
