This unit is composed of a 7 m. long and 1 axle semitrailer plus a 7 m. long an 2 axles trailer.

Tube axles with twin bearing 518445/441 oil lubricated, tubes of 5" an 7/8" thickness and solid steel (4140) endings.
8" air brakes with spring-brake system.
Totally tube structure chasis with rolled SAE 1010 steel sheet for better resistance.
10 piece (75 mm x 12,7 mm) springing.
Two speed landing gear on semitrailer.
Waterproff modular wiring harness. (12 vdc or 24 vdc)
3M reflective striping.
10 hole wheels with a 280 mm centre.
Paintable surfaces are high pressure cleaned, and degreased.
Preassemble anticorrosive treatment previous to anticorrosive and polyurathane paint for grain container.
Quality unloading hatches (1000 x 700 mm) with a manual cog closure system. (With no strings)
Total weigth in working conditions without cargo, 9400 Kg.

Three axle semitrailer, two fixed axles and one separated autodirectional axle which can be lifted pneumatically.
This semitrailer is 11.80 m. long. It fits in a Flat Rap container to send from Argentina to South Africa.
