Our plant and warehouse are located in the port of Callao, Lima, very close to the overseas shipping docks. There we have all necessary facilities for processing, selecting and packing of our products according to the required quality standards, and complying with the most demanding sanitary regulations, in order to guarantee the innocuousness of our products.

Packing
On new polypropylene bags with 50 kg / 25 kg / 100 lbs net weight each. Shipments are on 20 ft. dry containers with up to 22 mts each.

Storage
If an adequate storage is made on a cool, dry, ventilated warehouse, under ceiling and on pallets, the product will have a life superior to two years.

Black eye beans (Vigna unguiculata)

Characteristics
The blackeye beans are of 1st quality, due to its quality control, that begins with the harvest on selected fields, preventive desinfection, cleaning, classification, machine and hand (HPS) selection, calibration,  packing and adequate storage. All process under strict sanitary control.
* Color: cream with a black spot
* Caliber: aprox. 480 grains / 100 grams
* Humidity: max. 14%

Fava beans (Vicia faba L)

Characteristics
The faba beans are of 1st quality, due to its quality control, that begins with the harvest on selected fields, preventive desinfection, cleaning, classification, machine and hand (HPS) selection, calibration,  packing and adequate storage. All process under strict sanitary control.

* Caliber: 11/13 grains / ounce, 13/16 grains / ounce, 16/20 grains / ounce
