the production of olive oil in Tunisia, We have our own olive trees plantation with over 10,000 olive trees
in Menzel Chaker area (Hadj Kacem), 50 Km from Sfax.
We use an Italian machine plant Pierallisi Jumbo 3
to process olives
To
meet market needs we produce 3 qualities of olive oil
Extra Virgin: (Natural Product) irreproachable taste, acidity lower then
1%.
Virgin Fine: (Natural Product) irreproachable taste, acidity lower then
1.5%
Virgin: (Natural Product) good taste, acidity lower then 3%.
Our products meet standards of
International Olive Oil Council; all our olive oils are controlled by
Tunisia National
Office of Oil and CEE approval.
We
offer also our oils with Ecocert organic certified
quality
We export olive oil in bulk in tankers or flexitanks
We export towards Europe but we have a
special
interest to find importers and/or agents in the USA and Canada. |
