Some apples varieties information
LOBO
A large,flattened apple with smooth skin.Lobo has a slightly sweet taste and the flesh is juicy,but not aromatic.Harvest in September.Good storage,in controlled atmosphere.
CHAMPION
Clones of the Champion apple include the "Koksa pomarańczowa" and the "Golden delicious" a Czech variety.
Champion apples are medium sized, and come in yellow, covered in a reddish blue. These apples are good to eat as or can be ground into a drink. It becomes ripe in September.
IDARED
Cross betwin Jonathan and Wagner.Depending on the storage temperature.Idare= d apples are large,juicy,bright red apples with an intensive taste.Idared becomes ripe in cold temperatures
GLOSTER
A large , tapered apple covered in a dark orange blush.Gloster apples have a sour, satisfying taste,but a nice aroma. Harvest is in the second half of October

We pack our apples into four types of boxes:
- 7 kg one layer box - apples in trays
- 10 kg one layer box - apples loose
- 12 kg closed box - apples loose
- 20 kg bushel box-apples in trays
