From a pasta producer whose historical roots date back to the beginning of the XX century a wide range of Italian pasta

We produce our pastas without manipulations and with the highest production technologies with medium and high drying temperatures. The quality of this process is stated by our quality certifications UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001and CEA (Italian Organic Farming Association)

Our Pastas are produced only with semolina and water. Salt is allowed only with a maximum quantity of 4%. The Semolina is obtained from the milling of the durum wheat, the refined residual is a sub-product obtained by the durum wheat sifting after the semolina extraction. Today all the production process is fully automated.

We offer a wide range of pasta including long pasta, short pasta, special shape pasta, whole wheat pasta, organic pasta.
Besides our standard 500g packaging we offer any retail packaging according customers requests and catering packaging.
Our loading ports are Napoli, Livorno and Genoa
