For 75 years, we have been manufacturing machines for the production of liquids for food industry: filling capping machines for still and carbonated drinks, conveyors, pasteurizer, bottles washer. The whole bottled plant customized for your application up to 50 000 bottles / hour. We produce also can fillers and cup fillers. Our machines are mechanically robust and manufactured for a high-level industrial use. Can be installed on this equipment : air blowing, rinsing, natural cork and crown capping turret, multi-size tooling. Single or double nozzle fillers are also available in our range of machines. OUR RANGE OF MACHINES MONOBLOC Monobloc machine from 1 to 4 axes : Cleaning-Rinsing of the bottles, Filling with no loss of liquid, Capping (screw capping, plugging, seaming) all kinds of caps.
Different nozzles can be used, depending on the filled liquid (see below) : water, wine, fruit juice, carbonated water, cider, soft drinks, pharmacy or cosmetics. Machines are completely mechanical and made of stainless steel. Machines are robust. They are manufactured in france on our site by experimented engineers. Machines are controlled and tested on our site before delivery. Speed from 3000 bottles/hour to 50000 bottles/hour. 24/24H production. WINES - ALCOHOL - SYRUPS - JUICES Two types of machines : Constant level machines wit mechanical nozzles : Low vacuum valves with level equalising tube with or without separate air return. Flow meter machines with electronic nozzles : For aseptic filling, without any contact with the bottle. Stainless steel valves with no seal. No loss of liquid. Possible sanitation up to 110°C. LOW COST FILLERS 2 or 3 axes fillers : Flat water, wine, alcohol, fruit juices Stainless steel machine with polished tank.
