Automatic & manual paper bags

We provide high-level quality paper bags made from a variety of different papers. The design is 100% customized per your requirements on materials, printings, dimensions, after-printing processes, etc.

Dimensions:
You are welcome to supply your own dimensions or directly use our proposed dimension options below:

S:         15cm length x 28cm height x 8cm side-width
M:        25cm length x 34cm height x 12cm side-width
XL:       43cm length x 31cm height x 13cm side-width
XXL:      56cm length x 40cm height x 13cm side-width

Paper:
Art Paper / woodfree or SBS from 80 to 250gsm is generally used. Other specifications of paper can be used upon request.

Finish:
Glossy Varnish, Matte Varnish or Glossy Film, Matte Film can be selected for protecting the printings and increasing the general esthetic. Partial UV coating or Hot stamping are also available to increase the visual effects.

Handles
Cotton handles are recommended, especially for branded clothing products. However, a range of other more economical options (synthetics, nylon, etc) are available, as are more luxurious concepts like silk, organza, ribbon etc. Paper handles are possible too.

Printing:
Choose up to 6-colors of off-set printings, including pantone or CMJN colors, logo only or full page printing externally or/and interiorly; UV effects or/and Hot stamping (gold or silver) are included with options for logos;
Metallic and glitter are available on request.

Minimum Quantity:
On 20’’ FCL base. (in consideration of Freight fees)

Delivery Time (TAT):
Normally 2~5 weeks per FCL quantity in addition to 3~5 weeks material preparation upon confirmation of the order.
