Founded in Hong Kong we are established in Shanghai with an office in the Netherlands.

Total staff: 40 persons with engineers, tool engineers, plastic engineers, project managers, professional quality inspectors, a sourcing team and three European managers who speak Chinese.

We managed also the complete construction and setup of 2 factories in joint-venture.

Europe is still very well known in term of Industrial Design. We have tight corporation with several industrial designers and works closely with engineering offices and technical department of companies.

We can offer you a free consultation between your company and an industrial design office within our network to exchange new ideas, but also about functionality and design of your current product and or concepts.  Thus you can always follow the fast changing market demand and requirements of your clients of new markets.

A first draft is enough to realize a final and efficient design in 2D and 3D. This again in close cooperation with European industrial designers. Especially in this phase large saving can be made in the design.

Each design undergoes a careful feasibility study in cooperation with our local partners. Our tool engineering and the Chinese production partner prepare the mould design based upon our customer specifications. Subsequently the first mould design proposal is analyzed and optimized during the discussion with our customers. Efficient communication is a key factor for the success of the projects.

Plastic and metal products prototyping

As an important step in the engineering process of developing a product, CHC provides prototyping and reverse engineering services to its customers. Prototypes enable us to verify the design and design functions which in turn will give the required info to optimize and finalize the product design.

Through our partners we have access to the latest rapid prototyping technologies such as SLA, SLS, LOM and FMD, but also to conventional prototyping such as for example CNC machining of materials as Aluminium PMMA and ABS, silicon molds, vacuum molding and EPS modeling

Reverse Engineering will enable you to reverse the innovative process. By using a 3D optical scanner, almost any product can be digitalized. This enables you to quickly optimize, adjust or change your existing product.

Some customers require initially a small batch of products for testing and/or marketing reasons. CHC meet this requirement by offering Vacuum molding and Rapid Tooling (DMLS) services to them.

  • Random quality checks during the production
  • Random product test after production and before shipping.
