prototyping
As an important step in the engineering
process of developing a product, CHC provides prototyping and reverse
engineering services to its customers. Prototypes enable us to verify the
design and design functions which in turn will give the required info to
optimize and finalize the product design.
Through our partners we have access to the
latest rapid prototyping technologies such as SLA, SLS, LOM and FMD, but
also to conventional prototyping such as for example CNC machining of
materials as Aluminium PMMA and ABS, silicon molds, vacuum molding and EPS
modeling
Reverse Engineering will enable you to
reverse the innovative process. By using a 3D optical scanner, almost any
product can be digitalized. This enables you to quickly optimize, adjust
or change your existing product.
Some customers require initially a small
batch of products for testing and/or marketing reasons. CHC meet this
requirement by offering Vacuum molding and Rapid Tooling (DMLS) services
to them.

- Random quality checks during the production
- Random product test after production and before
shipping.
