Product shape diameter 40 mm. lentgh 75-100 mm. Other size upon request. Product properties are none chemical, none smoke, small ash, burning long time (3 hr) and made good taste of food.

Production Process

1.       Prepare wooden charcoal on stockpile.

2.       Chushing by chusher machine

3.       Mixing coconut shell and eucalyptus charcoal.

4.       Compression charcoal on shape.

5.       Heating by oven machine 24 hrs.

6.       Packing :1 kg,15 kg,20 kg.

Technical Data -process quality control charcoal

The charcoal is characterized by the compress machine of its shape and the structure of the wooden material it was derived from. We select high quality of wood charcoal  such as Coconut shell, Mangrove, Eucalyptus wooden charcoal. The most of raw materials character should also be preserved its features and thus give a clear indication of the tree type. Quality charcoal should be hard and odourless. The crusher machine crushing each raw of charcoal and pass save granular before mixing powder of charcoal.   The color must be black and shiny and, when struck on hard objects. The nice black color should last even when the coal is stored for long periods. Quality charcoal is also distinguished by the ease of ignition; it burns evenly, without producing smoke and flames. No crackling and spitting should occur during burning.

3.Paper bags, volume 15 kg and dimensions 30x30x20 cm.
