To place a call with us, a user simply dials their DID # (a U.S. phone number), waits to hear one ring and hangs up. There is no charge for this call. Within seconds they will receive a callback to their pre-programmed callback number and upon answering the phone will be given a U.S. dial-tone to make calls anywhere in the world.

Instructions for using our callback system from a touch-tone telephone

1) Dial your United States DID # (access number) using your country’s dialing procedure. 

2) After the first ring , hang up the phone. NO FEES FOR THAT CALL

3) Within seconds you will receive the callback to your programmed number. Or you listen a message" Please enter your number" or you listen only the dial tone.

4) After you answer the callback:

For calls within the USA, Canada or area code 809,

                        enter: 1 + area code + telephone no. followed by #.

For international calls, 

enter: 011 + country code + city code if any + telephone no. followed by #.

5)     To make another call or if you make a dialling mistake enter * *.

6)     To disconnect enter # # and then hang up. 

Other Features

For Fax Transmission: Set your fax machine on manual. After you receive a callback, place your fax call as usual. When you hear the fax reception tone, press send on your fax machine.
