These are pieces from part of hind feet, (not the whole feet sliced, only
a part of it), same than frozen sliced pork hind feet as shown on above
photo
Using
colour coded lids makes product identification simpler and facilitates
inventory control. Furthermore, our covers are hermetically sealed and
fitted with tear-off tabs.
Transport
The cured
pork hind feet do not required refrigerate
conditions of storage, however it should be stored in a fresh and
ventilated area.
