Taste: has a smooth flowery taste unique like no other honey and can only be found in Chile. It also has a distinctive aroma of elm
Appearance:  white color of fine grains and creamy texture.

The honey is not sterilized because is a product 100% natural and lacks of micro-organisms. To sterilize a product is has to be at over 100ºC and honey losses all its enzymatic properties when heated at high temperatures.  Honey looses the enzymatic properties above. 40ºC
