This line of mini-cold rooms has been specially created to satisfy market demands as regards optimum space use, ease of assembly and transport, and it is modular and spacious. They are designed with the latest Italian technology and manufactured in injected polyurethane insulation with a density of 42 kg / m3, 100mm thick, which allows the cabinet to be suitable both for low and medium temperatures, with a change in equipment. The structure panels are coated with pre-painted white non-toxic zinc sheets. This line is presented with or without vitrified floor, reinforced, non-slipping, highly resistant to impacts and chemical agents. The assembly system used is done by means of oscilock steel pins and pegs, which allows high durability and resistance during the assembly and disassembly operations.

Technical data

Insulated panel with injected ecological polyurethane (PUR), with a density of 40 kg/m3 and a transmission quotient of 0.20 w/m2 ºC. They are self extinguishable in case of fire.

Sandwich-type panels, with an exclusive single 100 mm thickness, which lets a mini-chamber be used both for medium and low temperature, only changing the equipment.

Naked polyurethane panels union, with in-between- sheets sealing strip, managing to have total absence of thermal bridge.

Assembly system made of steel eccentric hooks, which gives greater endurance and resistance in mounting and dismounting them.

Semi-inlayed doors, 60 mm and 80 mm thick for medium and low temperature; they have security interior handle and lock and key exterior handle. The standard doorframe is 1.80m x .070 m.

Floor

Non-sliding reinforced floor with great resistance to impacts and chemical agents. It has a great resistance to compression of 400 kg/m2
