Our
self-carrying insulating panels are made of rigid ecological polyurethane
foam (PUR). They have a density of 40/41 kg/m3 according to DIN 53420.
They are self-extinguishable in case of fire. Wide variety of finishings,
such as non-toxic pre-painted white sheets, cincalum sheet, PRFV (fibre
glass reinforced plastic), Chapadur Plus, Corlock panels in all varieties,
knauf or durlock type plaster panels, superboard type cement panels, 9 mm
Wissa reinforced floor, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.
Tightness
against water steam.
Acid, oil and
dissolvent resistant.
Great
dimensional stability and great resistance.

Assembly system
by means of eccentric oscilock steel hooks: it connects the panels with a
“twist and pull” movement by means of a hexagonal spanner. The unit is
always in conditions of being dismantled.
The union
between panels is made of naked polyurethane, which is protected with a
permanent elastic sealing material, especially formulated to get the total
absence of the thermal bridge.
Its easy
assembly allows the enlargement of built modules, reforms, modifications,
divisions, etc., giving faster times in its construction.
