Cold rooms and closing walls are
made with injected polyurethane insulation, with a density of 40 kgs/m3,
coated with varied materials, such as pre-painted sheets or cincalum,
stainless steel, plasticized sheets, PRFV, Pluss, Corlock, etc. or a
combination of them. These panels have different widths according to the
uses intended; thus we count with panels from 60 to 140 mm. wide, that
admit extreme preserving temperatures from 100º down to -40º C. The
interlocking device between panels is made of eccentric fast lock oscilock
steel hooks, reinforced at the edges with an auto-adhesive sealing plush
to get air and watertight gaskets.

Panels
Assembly system by means of
eccentric oscilock steel hooks: it connects the panels with a “twist and
pull” movement by means of a hexagonal spanner. The unit is always in
conditions of being dismantled.
The union between panels is
made of naked polyurethane, which is protected with a permanent elastic
sealing material, especially formulated to get the total absence of the
thermal bridge. Its easy assembly allows the enlargement of built modules,
reforms, modifications, divisions, etc., giving faster times in its
construction.

improve its performance, these beams are chemically treated with:
