About our technology

Processing
Ultra modern processing techniques backed by technologically advanced equipments like auto plate processor, auto plate developer, plates punch along with other allied equipments. Fogra Quality Standards followed to achieve excellent output with highest degree of precision.

Printing
Our principal printing machine is Man Roland 700 which is the state-of-the-art 6 color machine, with in-line dedicated coater imported from Germany. Winner of GATF Technical Award, it is fully computerized, with quick change over, high plinth, high speed (15000sph). It is a high precision Offset Printing Machine having IR drying system, transfertor for scratch-less printing and with Fibre Optic Technology.

UV Lacquering & Lamination
Efficient machines to ensure speed and quality conceived, designed and developed indigenously by Borkars.

Diecutting
Diecutters are from none other than Bobst, Switzerland. These include SP 102 SE, SP 102 E-II Diecutters with inline stripping. These machines are one of the most advanced of their kind.

Foil Stamping & Holographic Hot Stamping
We have also installed the latest Foil Stamping & Holographic Hot Stamping machine, the Bobst 102 BMA Foilmaster. an almost 100% answer to counterfeiting

Foldergluers
Foldergluers are from Bobst Switzerland,  all of which have got a lock bottom device and E-Flute carton pasting device and extrusion system.
